SERVICES

MANUAL THERAPY

Manual therapy in the form of myofascial release or IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) breaks up scar tissue and reduces fascial restrictions.

This results in increased joint movement and decreases in pain and discomfort.

CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENT

Chiropractic adjustments administered properly can:

  • Improve Range of Motion

  • Decrease risk of degenerative changes (Arthritis)

  • Boost immune function through increased nerve conduction to essential organs

  • Reduce pain

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Moist heat has proven to increase nerve conduction and relax spastic muscles.

EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) is the elicitation of muscle contraction using electric impulses to mimic an action potential and cause the motor to fire. This form of stimulation can be altered to aid in muscle relaxation, rehabilitation, post exercise recovery or strength enhancement.

REHABILITATION

Physical rehabilitation can be performed through stretches, exercises, and proprioceptive activities. When synchronized these allow for enhanced mobility and decreased risk of future injuries.

CUPPING THERAPY

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine. A form of deep tissue massage commonly performed on athletes. Yet has been shown to promote blood-flow and relaxation in all populations.

NERVE AND MUSCLE FLOSSING

  • Nerve flossing is a gentle stretching technique that can reduce the negative effects of irritated nerves.

  • Compression band muscle flossing is performed to increase joint range of motion, improve muscle mobility, and enhance recovery through myofascial release generated by occlusion and reactive hyperemia.

SHOCKWAVE THERAPY

  • A cutting-edge, non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy shockwaves to stimulate your body's natural healing processes.

  • Used to treat a variety of conditions such as: plantar fasciitis, back/neck pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, trigger points, elbow pain, tendonitis and more!
